Form I-94 and completing the I-129F application

Hi again, I have a further question relating to one of the forms of evidence for completing the I-129F - it mentions that if the beneficiary(myself) has ever travelled to the USA (which I have on lots of occasions) I may have been issued Form I-94 Arrival-Departure Record. I am not aware of this form and travelled via the Visa Waver program and more recently ESTA. Can I ignore this?

Thanks in advance

Keith

When filing the K1 for my wife, I printed out the i-94 I got online and included it with the petition. Even though it's online, I'd include it. If they don't need it then fine, but if they do, you'll be asked for it sooner or later.

You'll be asked for the one applicable to the K1 entry, when adjusting status from the K1 after marriage.  Otherwise, it's just an extra and irrelevant piece of paper in an I-129F package.
