What documents to send for evidence for a bona fide relationship?

10/21/2018                Card was mailed to me, and yes it said so on a Sunday night, while Vj-ing

10/22/2018                Card was picked up by the USPS

10/24/2018                EAD in hand. F%^&& finally

12/28/2018                Interview has been scheduled. Waiting for notification with date by snail mail

usually if you already have your beneficiary on your health insurance with your employer...you will have an insurance card, somekinda paperwork for her/him on you beneficiary list as spouse. many different places to proof that you put her/him on your insurance, that is your proof

But what do we need to say to the employer though? What kind of document so they know what to give to us?

If your fiance already is in your insurance....both of your insurance cards is already proof having insurance.  Do you have statements of even having used your insurance? That is another way of proving you have together health insurance through your employer.  Either your HR department can verify that or the insurance company. Is not that difficult. Ask them. All you need is somekinda document that has her name and your name on it and it is a health insurance document

    Joint car title
    Children Birth Certificate(s)

    Joint Health and Dental Insurance
    Joint car insurance
    Joint home owners insurance (if you have)
    Joint umbrella insurance (if you have)
    Life insurance(s) showing beneficiary for each other
    Retirement Accounts showing beneficiaries

    Utility Bills (Electric, City Sewer, Water, Propane, Internet)
    Photographs
    Credit Card Statements and Authorized user form
    Joint Checking Account
    Joint Saving Account
    Medical Bills
    Gym Membership Card
    Library Membership Card

Timeline

In my case my insurance card only shows my name as policy holder and not my husbands, so I went online to my insurance portal and looked for something that would show the overview of benefits and show my husband as beneficiary. One of my insurances actually offers a "verification of coverage letter" which has all the important info.  For the rest, I had to ask my HR department to help me. I told them I needed a verification of coverage letter from the insurance companies that included my beneficiary listed.
