Yes you can. But you would need to make sure and go early before your scheduled appointment or the day before. Because of the lines of people that typically are there.

Yes!  Preferably to get the letter by regular mail. You can still get it but as GyC stated you ha e to get there EARLY! Looking back it took us 1 whole year from interview in Juarez to green card in hand!
