Though Visajourney estimates RFE approval time as additional 2 weeks but I have seem numerous cases where RFE wasn't approved for more than 3-4 months. Hope you dont have to wait that long.

That sucks 😓

I'm pretty sure it would be useless if it did exist as almost everybody would be using it....making it useless. The reason premium processing works for employment-based immigration is primarily due to the caps on number of visas issued.

Ours took more than two months.

I got an RFE because of the mistake of my lawyer, he didn’t told us about the marriage  evidence such as photos, travel tickets or invitation cards, etc. whereas it was present on the check-list which we saw it just now! We would send our RFE In like a week but sad part is that the process is extended by 3 months 😓😓

My personal opinion on lawyers is that never appoint them. Majority of the lawyers either treat cases casually or are not updated enough with the process. And even if they do everything perfectly, one can not predict USCIS action.

Do your research, it doesnt take much time.

Also its not that your is certainly going to take 3 months. You might get approved in a week or two as well.

Good luck with the process.

Lawyers have their place. "Simple" cases are generally not one of them...too many cooks for such a simple process.

If there are certain inadmissibilities involved, removal proceedings, etc., then an attorney may be able to provide a decent benefit.
