I am getting ready to file my ROC package and just wanted to have another pair of eyes looking at my evidence to make sure I'm not missing anything, or if there's stuff I should add. Thanks in advance!

 

-       Money order in the sum of $680 ($595 filing fee + $85 biometrics fee)

-       Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence

-       Copy of green card: front and back sides

-       Copy of marriage certificate

-       Copies of lease contracts showing joint tenancy at the following addresses:

         o   Address #1

         o   Address #2

-       Copies of Driver’s licenses showing both addresses listed above

-       Copies of financial documents

         o   IRS tax transcripts (2016)

         o   IRS tax transcripts (2017)

         o   Monthly statements from xxxx Bank (accounts ending in xxxx and xxxx)

         o   Monthly statements from xxxx Credit Union (accounts ending in xxxx and xxxx)

-       Records of joint title and registration of the following car

         o   1095-C “Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage” from 2016 and 2017

         o   Documents showing USC as beneficiary of GC Holder's work benefits

Does the ROC package require notarized statements from people that know you as a couple?

Pretty solid list.

You can also add pics, wills, power of attorneys, and affidavits but it looks strong as it is.
