ROC from 2 year GC

Hey all, I hope everyone is well.

 

Is the below information correct:

 

I will remove conditions from my 2 year GC based on marriage to USC (came on K1) and be given a 10 year GC

After 3 years of marriage to the USC (in which time I have remained in the states) I can apply for citizenship? (So maybe before my 10 year GC is approved?)

Yes but you cannot skip ROC.  

You have to file that first. And then if during the process you're eligible for citizenship you can file that also.

Yes and no.

No - the rule is based on on being married to a USC and being an LPR. So the 3 year starts from when your AOS was approved, assuming you remain married to the same USC.

 

Yes - If your I-751 is not adjudicated before you are eligible to file under the 3 year rule (you can file 90 days early), then they will adjudicate both the I-751 and N-400 together when you interview.
