Filing under the 5 years residency, and will file 90 days early. If things go really quickly, is it is possibility that an interview would take place before the 5 years anniversary but an oath would be scheduled for after the anniversary, or is it a rule that no interviews are scheduled before  the 5 years have passed?

I was reading about people who applied then 72 days later were at the oath ceremony, and was wondering what would have happened if any of them applied 90 days earlier. Thank you

It will depend on the local office in all honesty. Some are swamped while others not so much

Thank you. If though the office processes things quickly and they were ready to interview me in let's say 70 days. Is it a rule that interviews must take place before the 5th anniversary, or is it possible to interview me before that anniversary but push the path ceremony for after they had passed?

Your N-400 cannot be approved until you are eligible. Early filing is permitted, as you noted, but they won't adjudicate it until you are eligible for naturalization.
