Good and all the best. Did they ask for updated job offer letter? How long the interview was?

They did ask for the job offer. I think it must be dated within a month. It lasted about 2 hours with most time going into the first step document check and fingerprints. But we also arrived quite early. The actual VO Q&A was fast.

Got our interview done last week. The VO asked me about the highest education, where received the degrees, any arrests, etc. and asked my wife about her degrees, location and nature of work as she is working. The CEAC status changed to Issued after we came out of the consulate. But underneath it says it's under administrative processing, so the VISA is not printed yet - hopefully by Monday.

Normally from what date they will start to send IL for the following month by NVC

I always thought the 7-9th day of the month but I got mine around the 15th or when the VB came out for the next month.

One more question about medical, did you show blood results for antibodies as proof of vaccination like Tetanus, chicken pox etc. Thank you very much for reply and it is very helpful.

We did it at Medysis. I had chickenpox as a kid so that's what I provided verbally and they took it as proof. For other vac I do have records. I think worst case you just get an extra shot for some extra $. Best of luck!

You can ask family doctors to give blood work requests to check antibodies , for example Chicken pox ( Varicella antibodies), Tetanus antibodies etc

Thanks sadee. Do you know how long such a test normally takes?

How was your interview experience, what questions they ask? About medical, did you show blood results for antibodies as proof of vaccination to panel physician?

interview was very smooth. almost no question asked. We gave the closed envelope from doctor to the officer. no other extra documents asked.

One question, If you do not have Immunization record, you can show blood results to panel physician, did you do the same thing or you had record?
