I do not understand if my fiancè has to replay at question number 54 and in addition to provide the Declaration of how we met OR if the declarazion of how we met is the replay of the question number 54. We have more than 200 pages of evidences of in-person meeting...
Thanks

There is the declaration of how you met.. can be 1-2 sentences like "We met in person last year in July 2017 in his hometown of ________ , ________" Or can put "See attachment" and attach a seperate page with a paragraph of two stating like "We met online in 2015. Met in person in 2017... blah blah"

Then there is the evidence of meeting in person like airline tickets, passport stamps, hotel receipts, receipts or credit card statements showing purchases from there, ect.

Photos are secondary evidence.

06/30/2016 : I-129F Packet Sent

11/08/2016 : Interview - APPROVED!

Sorry, I don't understand, can you explain me better what we have to do? Thanks

Both of us, Paul (beneficiary) and myself (Petitioner), wrote a letter describing how we met initially and then about the first time we met in person, and about our relationship in general. We then signed the letters in ink. Then, we put it in our application package, with all the boarding passes, border crossing information (he comes down every month and has been here 27 times in the past 2 years), phone records, receipts, etc in the application.

just answer the question, even if its the same answer. or put a note to 'see attachment' and redirect them to the letter. I answered the question (very simply) and also ' See relationship letter attachment", since that was what I had titled it.

I am doing a letter where we explain how we know eachother and how we met, where, when, what we did and I want to type the page number where they can see the documents that can prove that. Do you think that it will work?

Thats fine, though I"m not sure the page number thing matters. Once they scan it, they (most likely) have their own electronic filing system and it won't stay in the order you put it in. The person who receives and scans it, is not the person who is reviewing it.

I scanned everything and I made a footer on the bottom of each page where there is written what part is referred to and the number of the page (for example page 3 of 33), I think that it could help them

it wont hurt anything to do that. But once THEY scan it into THEIR system, it will NOT be in the order you have it. SO saying 'see page 33' will be useless. I am positive they have their own system of organization.

My cover letter denoted everything in the application, in the order *I* had placed it, then paper clipped relevant items together and shoved it all in a folder, and into a box and sent it on its merry way.
