So you sent in your Passport and they sent it back with Visa?

No I did book an interview date , I did prepare all the paper work , once in the embassy , they took my finger print , document and the passport then the lady provided me with a peper saying (Congratulation your immigration visa has been aprouved and how to pick up my passport) , after that they called me to another window , where the CO told me you have 90 days , dont waist lot of time once you enter the us. and that was it.

So you were interviewed.

An easy interview that didn't seem to include "questions".  Testifies to the fact that in most cases, the decision is made BEFORE the interview, based on what's already in the file.  This can go either way but it is important to note that Consular Officers are NOT REQUIRED to consider any evidence you bring to the interview.  Send it to USCIS up front, as they are not required to consider additional evidence "side loaded" to NVC either.  If it can go one way, it can go the other.  Bank on it.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

Any news? Did you receive the letter?

I have received the letter and responded with the evidence we have. Now we are just waiting for a response from USCIS.
