K1 Medical question

So we're getting ready for the medical and the interview now.  For the medical it states one of the requirements is a letter with the NVC number on it.  Getting mail to her is sometimes troublesome and she's worried nothing from the Embassy will get to her..  Is it acceptable for me to scan the letter NVC will send to me here in the States and then she can just print it out there?  Or maybe a screenshot from the website?

Thanks in advance!

Everything can be scanned and emailed. Get a drop box for free and put a copy of all your documents so you and she have excess no matter what device or where you are in the world. Then there is no need to email.

I set up a gmail account that we both access.  Google drive is free.  I load everything there for her to have access to

YMMV

As Greenbaum stated - copies are just fine.     Zing the NVC letter in a email  .. quick and easy to do
