After required about reason and why my case take too much time today i get this email .

so your case is returned to the US field office

you will receive a NOIR or NOID

NOID is notice of intent to deny

NOIR is notice of intent  to Revoke

the following site will tell you what each means

it will take about 6 months from the date of interview to get the letter of NOIR or NOID from  immigration

at that time when you learn the issues the embassy had with interiew write to me a personal message and i will help if you need i

you  will  have to wait  more than 8 months  to get the  noid  the reasons the consule deny the visa ;     can you  tells me . what the quetions he asked in the intreview   , did you marry  the first visit  ,  do you have big age diffirent  ?

I did answer u befor check it !

For me i dont see no reason for denied ( was just unfair ) mybe coz morocco its a red flag but i still dont knw why. 

The questions was :

. What does your spouse do for a living?

. Was your spouse married previously?

. Tell me about your spouse’s children.

. What are your spouse’s parent’s names?

. Where do you plan to live in the United States?

. When and how did you meet your spouse and how?

. How long have you been corresponding with your spouse?

. Where did you get married?

. How long has your spouse lived at their current address?

. Do you speak and understand your spouse’s language?

. How many time your spouse come to see u in morocco and how much she spend on their last trip ?

Where us stay when she here? I mean morocco

. How do you communicate with your spouse?

. Why do you want to come to the United States?

. Where and how did you meet your spouse?

. What is your spouse’s full name?

. How long has your spouse been in the USA?

oh sorry  ;;   wish you hear  soon  from them  dont worry  you will get your visa  insha llah   .. and i think the reason for deny you   because  you married  first visit  ; it hapened to some couples ;;;  dont give up and keep fight

Hi  my case is back with uscis for second review because thy deny the case first time so thy send back to nvc then uscis for further review normal wait time according to uscis is 180 days but we are outside normal waiting time so i would like to contact my congressman could someone tell me how i try by email but i dont get answear if anyone has had this problem could you be of some help .

Does your congressman have a phone number or a mailing address? Maybe try sending another email? Sometimes you need to fill out an Authorization Form before the representative can inquire about the case, did you submit one with your previous email(s)?

Google Congressman / woman for the area of where the petitioner is based in the US and follow the instructions on their website, you will probably need to sign a form and send it by mail.

You can contact you congressman but just so you know outside normal wait time for this is actually 1 yr, but its a good idea to get them involved now anyway.  Good luck

after 10 month in AP today i check my status and i receive this : 

On July 2, 2018, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative, Receipt Number SRc××××××××× The request for evidence explains what we need from you. We will not take action on your case until we receive the evidence or the deadline to submit it expires. Please follow the instructions in the request for evidence. If you do not receive your request for evidence by August 1, 2018, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschangeto give us your new mailing address. as any one has had this situation ?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
