hello all, i am starting to fill out my i-129 application and i have a question about my fiance's family name. she was previously married  so do i use her maiden name or her married name ? she still goes by her married name on all of her documents and daily affairs. i know this is a simple question but i want to make sure i get this right the first time. thanx for any help.

You use whatever her current legal name is. The name that's on her passport. That's the name that the visa needs to be issued in when the time comes.

Is she is divorced now, then I would think you use the maiden name as current name. Or does she still use her last married last name?

She is still using her married name.

Pretty easy answer based on the OP's original post  "she still goes by her married name on all of her documents and daily affairs."
