Request for evidence (form I-485)

Hi,

 

So i sent in my filing for Adjustment of Status last June 2017. I received a letter stating i need to send more information. So they are asking for me to fill out Page 3, Part 4 of the petitioners/sponsors information, because its blank.  

Now im confused because when im viewing my copy of the document i had sent, it said, if my previous answer was "no" to the previous question, then I need to fill out part 4 but my answer was "yes", so i didnt fill out. Aside from all that do i need to update and change anything else other than what they asked for??

Which form are you talking about? I-864 or I-485? Because I-485, page 3 does not have part 4. Your title is a little misleading.

It would be form I-864, I've decided to just fill it out again and follow the instructions...again. LOL  thanks tho, will update, once i hear back!

I looked at it and I really have no idea why they would request that. Maybe that person was working too fast and just marked it wrong? lol Thank god it is a quick fix. :-) Good luck!
