Potomac Timeline

My NOA1 is OCT 3rd but I've noticed that the timeline for Potomac is hard to decipher so I was wondering if there are people with NOA 1's from August or even as far back as July that have not received a NOA2.

I am a Potomac filer, my NOA1 is August 25. I have not received my NOA2 as of yet. At the same time, I see several September filers (including late September) who have updated their timelines to show they've received NOA2, so needless to say I'm rather jealous. Called USCIS several times, they just give the typical "wait" speech.

Potomac filer here too. My PD was September 5 and I received my NOA2 in mail (not text message or online update) on March 20, although the Notice date on notice itself was March 13. 

 

Good luck with waiting! And just so you would know, that the notice might come in any way. We had added the part that we want to be informed electronically and it never happened. It just showed up in mail. And then there are people who did get text message first.

That's great Congrats! It is strange they didn't notify you electronically when you requested it. I just wish they were more organized but its good to hear that we have September Approvals! Good luck with everything!:)

Yes it is kinda weird. It also took forever to be updated on USCIS webpage. Mailed version got to us before they updated it online. But it is how it is. Coming from a country where 99% of communication with the government etc can be done electronically it is especially frustrating and takes good bit trying to get used to.
