It's simple.   Charter a private jet to Taiwan, HK or Brunei.  With the money paid to the private charter company there is an inside track to getting an immigration stamp.   Just make it a condition of hiring them.   Problem solved.  We may do this I'm not kidding.  I've been speaking with someone who knows immigration people personally.  Gotta play the game!

Customs may ask where she originated, if they don't see a customs stamp from the Philippines you might have a problem. Either way, why not try what others have suggested first and go to Cebu to a different CFO office...that seems a heck of a lot easier then what you just suggested.

I think it's crazy to get on a plane just for this. Wouldn't a lawyer be a better option? Has anyone brought  lawyer? I think the OP mentioned this a few pages back?

I'm pretty sure he said he was going to lawyer up, but I think that would take some time also...it isn't that expensive to just fly to Cebu.

Yeah, true. I would like to hear his outcome, considering I am in a similar situation.

We're lawyered up now!  It's happening this week!

I do have a question though about that. Do you know if this is the same lawyer that sent your other girl to jail for fraud or not?

Please let me know how it goes. I may need to hire your attorney, this would be easier than having my dear wife spending the day traveling (again and again) to deal with this cr@p.

USA don't care about CFO.

That is Philippines specific

The k1 visa process in the PH (since this is a Philippine regional forum) requires CFO in the process. I didn't say anywhere that the USA do care. It's weird you mentioned that.

If CFO wants to deny someone from *ever* being issued a CFO sticker, that is similar to a ban imo.

Nope, CFO is not part of the K-1 visa process.

CFO is strictly a Philippine requirement for all emigrates exiting the Philippines.

"Complete process" in the sense that it is required for someone to leave the Philippines with a k1 visa. Bottom line is a k1 visa holder can't leave the country without the CFO sticker.

K1 visa completed but can't leave the country? That's uh, complete technically. But what for?

My comment was - CFO is for ALL emigrates exiting the Philippines ... there are many types of visas and many countries.

I understand that too. The original context of my previous post is that the visa is for nothing if the emigrant can't leave the country due to CFO denying them the sticker.
