no,

it's the financial supporting documents for the i864. if she doesn't have any income, she should write a letter explaining why she didn't have to file taxes and that she has no income

I file our taxes as joint and not single filer.  So she would still write a letter stating why she has no income?

As for the supporting documents, at the top says Valid unexpired passport, birth certificate with translation, adoption documentation, marriage certificate, marriage termination, court records, military records with transl., and police certificate.  I would assume she the petitioner has to present these documents.  Will I, the financial provider, also need to do the same?

who is she filing for?

those look like the civil documents of the beneficiary

the civil documents can be sent at the same time or together with the supporting documents of the i864, they aren't part of the affidavit of support, but the can be sent together.

but they are the civil documents of the beneficiary, not the petitioner

if she is filing for a parent or child

you would need to provide proof o citizenship or legal permanent resident, and you would file the i864A while your wife files the i864 as the petitioner

also send a copy of your marriage certificate to show relationship to your wife

yes

#2 are the documents of each beneficiary, if she is filing for each parent

you will need to file the i864 and the i864A for each parent, so she will need to fill out 2 i864 and you will need to fill out 2 i864A as her household member

not all the documents in #3 are needed, in this case some are needed because you are filing the i864A as well

that is a generalized letter, it depends who you are filing for

if she doesn't work she will still need to write a letter for each i864 stating why she doesn't file her own taxes. and you will add your taxes to her i864

since you will need to prove your relationship to your wife, you will send a copy of marriage certificate for each i864

for example, proof of domicile is for cases that the petitioner is living abroad, filing for a spouse, having to prove that you haven't abandoned the US. but if you live in the US and have filed the petition from the US, then there is no need to file proof of domicile

not everything on the checklist is needed to be sent

and yes, #3 is for the petitioner, and the joint sponsor or co sponsor if the petitioner has one
