Hello everyone,

I got my biometrics done in May 22nd. Since then,  my case status was “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS”.

Today I got a notification about a case update and it’s now saying “At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information.” I logged into my account but nothing is showing. I also called the number and the machine says my latest update is that my case is being actively reviewed. Has this happened to anyone?

Hi,

 

After the case status shut down yesterday, today I just got a notification that my interview has been scheduled on the e.gov site, but nothing has shown up on the myuscis site which is where my online application was filed.  

 

I am not a ROC case. That is already done. Office: San Diego. Will update the list when I get info.  Filed April 7.

The myuscis site takes a little longer to update and usually happens in two steps.  If you check the documents tab later today your interview letter will likely be there even though the status won't have updated - that happens overnight.

Just all the other previous letters and updates came at the same time on my 'myuscis' account.  But good to know.

it seems egov.uscis.gov updates faster than dhs.gov does

Called in last night, machine is saying my case is still being actively reviewed..

I panicked, logged into my uscis.gov account to verify, there is no updates or movements in the status.

Mine was the following morning, so very high chance. 

 

It pinged on the e.gov site first on 7/26 and then on the my.uscis today, 7/27 which was weird as the my.uscis was working at the same time as the e.gov for every update and action.

wondered if there's known issues with your application? I filed mine with pending Removal of Conditions (i-751),  this made me so worried for now.

It's a glitch in their systems. There are many people here on the forum experiencing the same thing.
