Prepping AOS - Documents to prove I have met US husband's friends/family?

Hello everyone!

 

I haven't been active in quite some time and hope to start wrangling up some documents before submitting my AOS to remove the conditions of my 2 year green card.

Is there a type of document/template others have used to have friends/family of your US spouse fill and date/sign to prove that they have met you and that my marriage is in good faith?

 

Would love to know how you've gone about it! My husband and I aren't big on taking photos of one another, but always go to concerts/sports games and spend time with his friends and family.

You need to remove the conditions (ROC) on your greencard, not adjust your status (AOS).

The main emphasis for ROC is co-mingling of assets and to a much lesser degree photos/affidavits from family/friends. USCIS is looking for joint bank accounts, credit card accounts, insurance policies with each other as beneficiaries, wills, retirement acounts listing spouse as beneficiary,  joint mortgage or lease, etc. Good luck.

So far we have:

• Joint lease
• Photos of us at weddings/events
• Can have his family/friends supply signed affidavits of us doing things together, attending events together
• Both insured under his health care plan
• I am the beneficiary on his life insurance and 401k

 

 

but I wonder if our separate bank accounts will be an issue? I am self employed so I send him $$$ monthly on PayPal for rent/bills but I can show those with the notes I leave for him. Worst case we can add one another to our accounts, although our accounts do list our spouses as our beneficiaries.
