Police Clarification Certificate from Qatar

We got our NOA2 recently. My fiance is preparing to get police clarification certificates. She is Indian by birth and is currently working in Dubai. She stayed in Qatar for 7 months for job which is a little over 6 months. We are wondering if she still requires a PCC from that country. Getting PCC from Qatar is such a pain in the neck as their government is very weak and the process can be very time consuming (up to 3 months). Any idea folks? If she still requires the PCC from Qatar, is there any way to speed up the process?

What did you do about the Qatari PCC , did you get it ? or you just explained to the US embassy that you can't obtain it

Required for all countries where you have lived for more than 6 months since the age of 16 and any country where you have been arrested, even if you were not a resident there.  U.S. police certificates are not required.  Police certificates from certain countries are unavailable or are obtained directly by your Embassy (rarely does your embassy execute this step).  Fingerprints are required for certain countries.

Registration Criteria:  Any current or former resident may apply.  The applicant’s first entry date and last exit date in Qatar is required.

Procedure for Obtaining:   Residents of Qatar can apply by visiting the Office of the General Directorate of Criminal Investigations in person.  Former residents now living outside Qatar can apply via mail by including a return envelope and a processing fee of 10 U.S. dollars in cash.  They may also ask a friend or relative to act on their behalf by applying in person and paying the in-person processing fee of 10 Qatari Riyals.  Details on the application procedure are available at the Ministry of Interior’s website at moi.gov.qa
