How to contact SLEC at St Lukes?

We have been trying to call to ask a couple of questions about the Medical, but no one answers at the numbers/ext provided on the SLEC website contact us.  Has anyone contacted them successfully recently?  If so, what number did you use?  Thanks

Well, one what days they are open next week since it is Holy Week and what the exact criteria is regarding when you can have your physical exam related to when your menstrual cycle ends.  We have read 1 week, so probably Wed next week would be earliest she could go, but we figure they are closed thurs/fri.  We are trying to get it done next week because she will be out of country a couple weeks and we want to schedule interview the week she is back so we don't get delayed further.

SLEC is closed on any Philippines or USA holiday. Check their website. They never answer the phone. One week after the conclusion of you menstural cycle you can attend your medical. The medical is two days so schedule accordingly. Also bring a copy of your DS160 for the last day.

Accepted March 19, 2014 Text message with receipt numbers

Biometrics April 16, 2014 Biometrics completed

EAD May 23, 2014 Employment Authorization Document approved and went to card production

TD May 23, 2014 Travel Document approved and went for card production

Receipt EAD/AP May 30, 2014 Received combo card EAD/AP

Green Card Approved July 11, 2014 Approved, no interview. Went to card production.

Green Card received July 17, 2014 GC received without interview

Removal of Conditions

Mailed I-751 Dec 16, 2015 Submitted ROC (removal of conditions)

Received Dec 18, 2015 USPS notification of successful delivery

Check Cashed Dec 21, 2015 Check was cashed

NOA-1 Issued Dec 21, 2015 NOA-1 for ROC issued

NOA-1 Issued Dec 26, 2015 NOA-1 Received

Biometrics Appt. Jan 29, 2016 Biometrics Appointment Scheduled [Completed]

Don't know that SLEC will close for U.S. holidays, they serve a variety of countries.

 

A copy of the DS-160 confirmation page  ;)   (even though I was told by one person that SLEC did not ask them for their DS-160/260 confirmation )
