If the back is blank, you don't need to submit a blank page to illustrate the back of the document. However, if you want to get a certified copy of your missing birth certificate for your record, you can get it from the issuing state's vital statistics department. Refer to this link: https://www.usa.gov/replace-vital-documents#item-36582.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Just obtain another copy from the Court. What i heard from my Fiancé you can get it upon Walk-In.

You are the petitioner right? They give option between passport and birth certificate. If you didn't have birth certificate to be send, send a photocopy of your passport. Aside from that, if you want to retrieve your birth certificate. Above comment is the best way to do it.

i would suggest to get another birth certificate, since an original needs no explanation and clearly leaves the backside empty. It would be good if you updated your timeline so everybody knows what kinda visa you are petitioning for :)

12/28/2018                Interview has been scheduled. Waiting for notification with date by snail mail
