Notice of Case Transfer Received in the mail

I just got same update that my case has been Transferred and new office has jurisdiction . Let’s see what is next

Hey guys! USCIS got my I 751 (same sex/divorce waiver) on January 23rd of 2018 in Vermont cervice center, nothing happened since that besides the 18 month extension and me getting the biometric which I have done on March 5th, so last week on Jun 20th I got an update states that my case was transferred to the lees summit missouri national benefits center, so I'm waiting now. God bless us all!!!

Hi Bill & Katya,

 

I think I am in your shoes before. I had a combo interview with a pending I-751 2 weeks ago. Today I got an update saying "Case(I-751) Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction" I wanna know if your N-400 was approved on the spot, your I-751 was approved a month later though? Normally, they approve I-751 before N-400.

So,:) as I said earlier my case was transferred to Nebraska . Yesterday after 55 days I got notification that New Card is Being Produced:-) I was really surprised that quickly ( less than 6 months)

It was for i751 . ( we just sent out case/folder , no interview)  I don’t know what do you mean by jointly or waiver

Это очень сильно зависит от сервисных центров, я из Израиля но мои родители русские, поэтому я говорю пишу и читаю по русски-))))

The N400 was recommended for approval, but final approval was indeed held until after the I751 was approved.  My wife received notice of Oath Ready to be Scheduled about a week or so after the I751 was approved.
