Inviting a friend to the USA

Hello everyone!  I have couple of confusions and maybe someone can answer my questions here or went through the same thing.... My husband is planning on inviting my friend to the USA. My questions are:

1. How can he make an invitation to sponsor her? 

2. Will there be any questions at the embassy? I mean will they ask her why does my husband inviting her but not me?  Currently I'm on AOS and waiting for interview scheduled for my green card and didn't receive my EAD either yet.

3. Will she face any difficulties under those circumstances I mentioned above?she doesn't speak any English and I know that Americans can be harsh on young women. Especially if they know someone back in states.

4. What documents should we provide her from our hand?

He can't. She applies, it has nothing to do with him or you.

All the questions will be related to her, her ties to Russia, and her reasons to return after a visit to the US

Depends. Does she have a job? Own a home? Reasons to return to Russia?

4. What documents should we provide her from our hand? 

None. She needs nothing from you or your .husband
