Hi,

Question 59a ask "If filing for your spouse provide the last address at which you physically lived together?

We just moved into a new place about  weeks ago.

Should I put our current address were we live now or the address of our old  apartment that we lived before we moved here.

Thanks

Thank you. Also one last question. For the part that states Address history. Physical Address 1 question 12a. Should I put N/A for that since I answered yes for question 11 which is "IS your current mailing address the same as your physical address" I need to put more than two address so IDK if i should put my old addresses starting in physical address 1 or write it on a separate piece of paper.

No! You cannot N/A that part. That is where you give your address history, GIVE ALL THE PHYSICAL ADDRESSES WHERE YOU HAVE LIVED FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. How many addresses you fill in that section depends on how many places you have lived since February 2013.

I know but the example form in the guides  and many others I have seen for physcial address 1 has put N/A if it is their current address but list the date they started living there to present. and then list other previous addresses in physical address part 2. I am lost please help. IS their a picture example?

I am the one who gave you wrong advice on this one!

You are right, and the form itself also says to provide current address if different from your mailing address. Your second-most-recent address goes to Physical Address 2. As to what to put in Physical Address 1, I would N/A

Many apologies are in order!

Thanks. So question I need to add additional information about other physical address. On the last page for the item number to reference this would it be item number 12?

Apt 123

City,  State, 12345

From: mm/dd/yyyy

To: mm/dd/yyyy

Physical Address 4

1234 Killadocg Street

Apt 123

City,  State, 12346

From: mm/dd/yyyy

...and so on until I have given addresses that cover 5 years.

This question here has me puzzled. It says provide current address if DIFFERENT from your mailing address. MY current address is NOT different from my mailing address so why would I list it again in physical address 1. Wouldnt I list my previous physical addresses and not my current physical address?

You have it right but use the extra space at the end of the form, to add additional address history as needed.
