QUOTE(Bob n Dora @ Sep 6 2007, 10:40 AM)

We have been touched today by CSC!!!!

Now they are teasing us. The date at the USCIS site went back to our original NOA1 date.

What the hell happened?

This was supposed to be in May filers. Got excited and started a new topic. Talk about crushing someone's joy. Thanks CSC!

:crying:

After more than 3 months, I am fully convinced that what anyone hears from a phone operator and reality are not one and the same. They are there to calm us down, discourage us from calling back, and blow smoke up our a**es. The fact is that people from May are getting RFE's and approvals. We are close guys. Hang on and tell your fiances you love them today!!!

I've called enough already, I just want this initial approval process completed so we can actually begin some planning. My life is most definately on hold and they don't have any concern at all. I've given up talking to a human, it's no different than looking at that useless projection they post on their website.

There is a little silver lining however, I did receive a touch today. Good luck!

Sorry to break all the excitement of Zee's approval but I was reading in one thread about a couple who got denied because the fiancee was asked during the medical if she had ever used drugs and she said yes, once 4 years ago!! A drug named Shabu from Philipines. She was trying to be honest but apparently you're illegible to get any kind of visa if you have took any kinds of grugs.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=86081

I feel bad for them, they got so far...Damn!!!

So if anyone of you had ever used any kinds of drugs even if it was 10 years ago SAY NO!!!!! hahaha! I don't know if they make you take a blood test but still!!! Say no! Otherwise, you know what happens.

Hi Aaron...I lived in Japan for 15 years and have been back here for 4 years w/out him (although he's visited several times.) We've been together for a long time (12 years this Nov) It's taken a while to reach this point because his family didn't approve (I'm not Japanese was the biggest road block!) Anyway, I agree, we should get together somethime after they get here..keep in touch!

I personally would have FORGOTTEN about four years ago and said NO. Why would i want to say yes to that. Not that i have ever used any drugs. Can drugs be found in your system after four years????? Sometimes we must use our common sense. You would have to find it in my system and i WOULDN"T know how it got there  Have you ever used drugs? ( to me that would mean within the past year) and i still would have said no. I don't think you have to be honest to the piont where you tell these people your whole life story. Four years HELL NO!!!!!!

Then again thats just me

Hahahaha! I know!!! 4 years!!! There's no way it can be in your blood...I don't know about how long drugs stays in your blood but I don't think it's 4 years...haha! I heard that if you're next to people who are smoking pot, somehow it can get in your system through your hair....I don't know how true is that... Besides who had never ever tried once in their lifes! If I was that girl I would have said no, like you said, they don't need to know your whole life story.

That was a sad story.... :(
