hi, my waiver I-601 was from december 14th  2016, my status just changed in the web for RFE (Request for evidence) last February 28th 2018, I'm waiting for the intructions letter to send the new evidence. Wish you Good luck, it is too hard to live something like this

Hi mine is December 29, 2016 and still waiting for an approval.... Hoping to get my approval this month as they are already working on December 2016 submissions... As of  last month i think they were processing submissions from on December 2nd to 23rd, 2016

Hi I filed mine Jan 30 2017 I'm on month 17 going into month 18 waiting for approval. Mine is at the Nebraska service center and its giving me 14 yo 18.5 months to get an answer..the inquiry date as of today is 27th Dec 2016...so I can't even do an online inquiry till Jan 30 2017...😣😣😣

Hello, Did you receive your answer after submitting your RFE yet? I'm curious about the processing time. I submitted mine June 29th 2018.

It’s going to be about 10-11 months to get an approval for an i601a. Mine went to the Potomac office receipt date August 15 2018 and was not approved until June 27th if this year. And I had my biometric appointment in September, September 20th 2018 I believe
