  1. Hang in there, it will be happen soon!
  2. Hello, I was wondering if anyone experienced this.. I misplaced my I-601 approval letter, I do have a copy scan of it as well as the letter that was sent to my lawyer showing it was approved and the email from USCIS advising me it was approved. I recently got my Visa approved and the CO advised me that CBP may want to see the original. Will I be refused entry without it? Even though I have proof of it. I was advised I can refill out another form but there is n time as my medical expires September and the processing time takes 8 to 12 months to receive it. We are still looking everywhere for it but I was curious if anyone crossed through to activate their Visa and didn't have an original copy. just frantic right now and I wanted to see if anyone has been through this! Thanks!
  3. It went great and super fast! They asked about our relationship, where we met, how long we've known each other and when did we get married. Everything they ask are easy answers really. My interview lasted 5 minutes if that!
  4. I will and my pleasure! 😊
  5. It took me 3 weeks from the day I received my email to book it, I checked every day at least 10 times a day! I got it around 9am or so when I got through! It was a month out for selection also! Not many openings pop up when they do so stay on it! I go this Friday!
  6. Sorry I am just seeing this now! It took about 2 months or so to hear from them and yes I had to book my own appointment! It took me 3 weeks checking every day all day to get one and I actually go this Friday!
  7. Not yet, I needed to di another medical and background check, which I did last week. Once I have them then I need to send it to them via mail. Then I will get an interview date.
  8. Haha I know what you mean! Well mine is a I-601 not I-601A and from my understanding yours is processing faster than mine. I applied for my waiver November of 2016 and just got my approval December 2018, so just over 2 years! So brutal! I still haven't heard from the embassy yet but when I do, I will let you know! Good luck! 😊
  9. Hello, My I-601 waiver was approved in early December 2018 but I haven't heard from the Montreal US Consulate as of yet. Does anyone know the average processing time there for these cases? Thanks! 😊
