Required Evidence

I am at the final stages of collecting all my evidence and finishing my paperwork, and noticed on the instructions page of filling out the I-129F form it states to provide a copy of your passport photo... I gave my extra photo to my fiance to have for whenever he will need to go for his interview he has everything, however I did provide a color copy of my passport that includes my photo. Will this be enough or should I go get another photo done to include in my packet? Any help is appreciated

As Ben&Zian mentioned, get new pictures.  You will need a few of them for this journey.  I believe 2 go with the I-129F and you will need 2 or 3 more for medical/interview stage.

I'm pretty sure there's some instruction that the passport sized picture must be have been taken within 1 month of submitting it with a filed petition. Unfortunately, a colored copy of your passport will not suffice as well. The passport sized picture must be submitted with the specified dimensions and such.

Found it:

"Photographs
You must submit one color passport-style photograph of yourself and one color passport-style photograph of the
beneficiary taken within 30 days of filing this petition. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be
printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched.
The color passport-style photos must be 2 by 2 inches. The photos must be in color with full face, frontal view on a
white to off-white background. Head height should measure 1 to 1 3/8 inches from top of hair to bottom of chin, and
eye height is between 1 1/8 to 1 3/8 inches from bottom of photo. Your head must be bare unless you are wearing
headwear as required by a religious denomination of which you are a member. Using a pencil or felt pen, lightly print
your name and A-Number (if any) on the back of the photo."

What to do after NOA2:

Spoiler

After USCIS approves the petition, it is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC). The NVC will assign you a case number and send your petition to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your fiancé(e) lives.

The NVC will mail/email you a letter when it sends your fiancé(e) case to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Once you receive this letter, inform your fiancé(e) to take the below-listed actions to apply for a K-1 visa and prepare for the interview.

I have not decided... it will most likely depend closer to when he gets an interview. I have heard different things- some say it’s good to go with while others say it’s best they go alone...
