Hi,

Me and my fiance are about to submit our packet for the K1 Visa and I wonder if I am still needed to submit a

CENOMAR (Certificate of no Marriage) that is to be included for packet? and is there a maximum number of photographs (for evidence)?

Also, if you have any tips or comments, suggestions with filing the K1 Visa or putting the documents together or reminders, it would be highly welcomed.

We can use all the help we need.

Thank you!

the best tips or info we received was watching Youtube videos on everything from assembling the packet to questions asked at the interview, you name it they had videos on the process.

we submitted her CENOMAR with our original packet.

CENOMAR is needed only at the Embassy not with the petition

Photographs are secondary evidence.  I submitted 4.  Primary evidence is what you  want

Hi! Thank you for the reply about the CENOMAR. We have been together for 2 years now and i think we might submit a lot of photos. We have 30-40 on hand. Would that be too much?

Way too much.  You need to focus on the primary evidence.  Quality not quantity

YMMV
