Hi all,

In the DS-160 for the K1 petitioner there is a section where I have to fill in my employment and/or student institution. I graduated last year, and am currently taking ACT/SAT tests for US colleges. I am not affiliated with any institution in doing these tests. What am I supposed to fill in? Do I consider myself a student or unemployed?

Not at all. The plan is to truck drive with my then husband for about 6-4 months on his job, then enter college with him. I think unemployed would be the most rational answer.

If you are not enrolled in college now and you are not working, then you are unemployed.
