How easy is this to get? We plan to Marry in November and I would love to go to mt father's 60th and my sister's 30th birthday celebrations beginning of January. If the AP had not come through by then is this the kind of thing I can get emergency AP for?

I really don't think this constitutes an emergency AP. The timeline in your signature is hosed up pretty bad. It is impossible to tell if you have a chance at making this event.

Emergency AP is for a family member's serious illness or death or something of this nature, not for birthday celebrations.

You can get AP approved in as little as 6 to 7 weeks, so if you had your paperwork all ready to go right after your wedding, you might get the AP approved by the time you want to travel, but there are never any guarantees.

The dates on your timeline are a little wacky..... I think you got the years or months wrong.

Once you enter the US on your K-1, you should plan on not leaving for at least a few months. As others have noted, pre-planned birthday celebrations that you have known about for months are not reasons that will likely get an "emergency" AP granted.

If you absolutely must attend the birthday celebrations outside the US, the only foolproof way to do it is to delay entry on your K-1 until after the birthdays are over.

Birthdays don't constitute an emergency. Natural disasters, family illness or death, and major issues in a similar vein do. Emergency APs require evidence, as well, such as messages from a doctor/physician, or the like.
