Hello,

My fiance and I are in the process of applying for a k1 visa. We are at the interview stage , which will be in March.  I will, if everything goes well , be over in the US by April. Does anyone know when you can come back to the UK for a visit? I have heard you have to stay in the US while the USCIS processes your AOS. However I have also heard you can write to the embassy and request to go back for extraordinary reasons. Now here comes the silly part, I have tickets to see the Foo Fighters on my birthday 22nd June in London, I doubt at all that they would let me come back just for that , especially as it's so soon to when I would arrive. Should I just cut my losses and sell them?  :(

Thank you.

Depends if you can get your AP in time.  You could wait until closer to the concert date to nake the decision.

Personally  i woukd wait.  The closer to the concert, the better price you get for the tickets.  Unless its illegal in the UK to sell for over original price?
