ID page only if you are using it for proof of citizenship.

 

Passport ID page plus pages with entry/exit stamps for proof of meeting requirement

Also I am sorry about all the questions, I have been hearing conflicting stories of where to mail the 1-129F 

do you happen to know the address

There is no conflict if you are reading the information from the USCIS

I think the old instructions used to say "ALL" and it still might for the I-130
