How do you know you were divorced?

back in 2013 i have had a phone call with the judge who submitted the divorce ..they do that in iraq the wife or the husband can divorce at the court if one of the parties not present. and also she was remarried . i have the proof that had the divorce finalized .but don't have the decree

Obviously not a one off issue, perhaps appoint a local Lawyer to sort it out?

You may have to get some professional advice then.  Good luck.

Well you need to get sorted anyway.
