Hello everyone,

I tried to search through the forum but searching for a negative word was really hard.

We cannot obtain employment letter from my sponsors company due to company policy. They do give e-verify (number).

Is employment letter a must?

we have tax returns(however they are joint so we though they could compare with the letter but I don't know what to do now),w2s, pay stubs.. what else we can do?

and will this again be a problem during AOS

Thank you in advance....

Employment letter is an example of the type of evidence you can provide not required.  Tax returns, W-2's current pay stubs will work as well

YMMV
