uscis customer service tier2?

Called to uscis customer service first thing in the morning as our  i130 has been over 6 months already. My husband spoke to customer service and then requested to speak with tier 2 officer. They don't keep you on hold anymore, just put on callback request and it took them over an hour. What we found weird is that their number came up as "scam likely", the person talking didn't introduce themselves and told us same information as customer service. When we said we were on callback for tier 2 officer, she said"yes i am tier 2 " ?? Was that just customer service rep lying? They just told us texas is working on feb 22 and we need to call back in april.

Is  there someone higher that tier 2 we can talk to and how to get to them?

Your petition is still in normal processing timelines, so there's little to do at this point. You can talk to another Tier 2 or even try to go to their supervisor. You can put in a service request. But all of those options won't do anything if you're still within normal processing timelines.

My I-131 application (Employed Based) was approved back in Aug 2018 and I still haven't received the travel document. I spoke to USCIS customer service multiple times, Tier1 (regular customer representative and Tier2 Immigration Officer). Immigration officer has more information about my case, and recently after submitting Service Request, he told me that this Service Request has due date of Dec 6th. This means that you should receive email from assigned officer with his response. I told him that I have opened Service Request earlier as well, and there was just a standard response that please wait for 60-90 days as we review your case but since then nothing! I do not understand, my "APPROVED" application is taking this long. All I am asking is to send me the travel document in mail which what is stated in my approval notice as well. The immigration officer on call was nice and told me to wait as he understand the frustration but there is nothing else that he can do further. Texas Service Center is processing my Service Request and I should have something in mail or email by Dec6th - Which I am sure will be another letter with standard response to wait for 60-90 days.

It is just the document that they need to print and send in mail. Why should it take THIS long, even after "approval"?

Anyone has similar experience? Please suggest what to do as I have international travel on Dec 28th and I must have this travel document in hand before I leave the country.

I would make an infopass appointment, take your approval letter and ask for Emergency AP which should be a stamp in your passport.
