Does Naturalization require another medical exam?

Hi everyone.

I just was at the dentist and spoke about my husband starting his citizenship paperwork next month. My dentist is also an immigrant who is now a citizen and immigrated from China. She's been a citizen for quite a long time now. She said even though he already had his medical in England during his K-1 process that he will need another medical for naturalization and that its like $1000.00.

 

Can anyone here verify if another medical is needed for naturalization so we can start budgeting for it?
