NVC did NOT receive petition

Me and my fiance got our petition approved on December 13th, 2017. It's been 34 days since then and NVC still has not received our petition. I have called both NVC and USCIS multiple times and asked them whether or not they sent out or received our petition , or whether they know if it was lost. I've got no answer. At first I was told to wait 4 weeks, then 6 weeks.

Does anyone else have this situation? What should I do? How long do I wait?

USCIS holds approved petitions for 6 to 8 weeks before releasing them to NVC.  No one really knows why.  Just another obstacle to overcome.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

it takes 6-7 weeks at the moment for uscis to send approved petitions and NVC to receive.

I wish this wasn't the case.  Once NVC has it, give them a good week to assign your number.  NVC only takes 2 to 4 weeks.  That is the one spot that hasn't changed so far.  USCIS is responsible for all the delays at this point.
