Has anyone recently had a cr1 or ir1 reaffirmed visa petition approved through the Ghana Embassy? Our reaffirmed case just arrived back there January 4th. Any advice or information about the interview would be wonderful. Trying to figure out what evidence to send husband for his interview since we have sent so much already to USCIS to be reaffirmed and all the evidence sent in the beginning. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

We received the NOIR within one month of USCIS receiving our case and once we submitted more evidence it only took 2 weeks to get REAFFIRMED. Our Senators office has been on top of our case since it was denied by the Embassy Dec 2016. I believe that is why it did not take long once USCIS received it for us to be reaffirmed.

How far with you all? Any update on your cases??? Any second appointment or approved visa. Did they schedule your appointment via voice phone or email. Please kindly share your experience. We are awaiting for the next action. Our case was denied Dec, 2016 and now it has been reaffirmed by USCIS, Moved through NVC and finally it is at the consulate now. My daughter was did her DNA and I did mine too. The result should be in by now it was 99.9999%. What should we expect now. Missing my wife and children. Folks share some experience with us here. Thank you
