How to present i-129f package?

Hello all, 

You've been a great help to me in this confusing journey to get this i-129f form together, but I have one last question. 

What should I put the packet in before I ship it?

Should I keep in all loose paper, or 3 hole punch everything and put it in a binder?

Separate with manila folders? 

These seems like a minor detail but I don't want to screw it up!

paper clips and use sticky notes on the top of each topic like proof of meeting put on the sticky note, proof of meeting ( photos, bank statements, chat logs, itinerary.
