Hy Guys,

I have been following Visa journey since i applied Ir 1 for my overseas spouse from Pakistan and Ir 2 for my overseas son.

P.D 10 Oct 2017

Texas service center

Currently 84 days passed nearly 3 months.

I am a U.S citizen and currently i am just confused after seeing the average processing time being shown by VJ and Uscis.

So when should be i predicting final decision for my petitions and which one is more accurate to understand the estimated time for petitions to get approves.

Currently as attached Uscis is showing for texas service center processing cases as of  22 feb 2017 and being dated on 30 oct 2017.

On the other hand VJ showing 18 june for texas center as of now.

So what should i expect, just cant wait to petition get approved and this time is killing us.

Thanks in advance for your timr and answer.

Timeline

VJ's timeline is based on what VJ users are reporting in terms of when they receive their NOA-2 and based on which country you're from, VJ will estimate a date for the approval of your I-130.

USCIS' timelines are based on...whatever USCIS thinks would be some good dates to throw out there?

Bottom line is - there is no way to tell when you should expect your NOA-2 based on VJ or USCIS' timelines. Each case is unique and some take longer than others even if they are from the same country, have the same NOA-1 - there are other variables at play in this process. Be patient and you will eventually receive a response. Good luck!
