I filled out package 3 and emailed all docs to the proper email on Nov 17th.i did this before receiving mail notification to submit package 3, on Dec 8 rec the mail notification for package 3, I resubmitted package 3 with all the information again on Dec 12th, reading online most ppl get an email back from Montreal within hours or a day for package 4, I still do not have this, I have paid the fees and am patiently waiting to schedule an interview. on the US department of state website it still say "no status" . file opened Nov 9th . Anyone know anything on this? all very confusing when there is no one you can call and emails take a week to be answered. Not even sure what I should ask them !!

Received my Packet 4 as an EMAIL ONLY after Packet 3 around 4 business days after I submitted it (see my Timeline to the left).

Wait AT LEAST 5 business days before panic sets in.

If you do not receive the packet 4, you can email montreal-iv-dv@state.gov for info, however they typically take 10 business days to reply.

Be sure to add that above email address to your safe-senders list in any case so that it doesn't get filtered to spam.
