Hi Guys!

I am in the process of filing concurrently (i130 + I485) for my parents. And I have couple of questions if someone can guide me better...

1) I am sending forms I130, I485, G1145, I131, I765, I864.

Do I need to send G325a and I130a also? Some say no need for g325a (biometrics) anymore but some say we still need it. Also not sure what the form I130a is for? Needed only for spouse or for parents also?

2) For the I864- sponsorship document, can my husband be the primary sponsor? or he can only be co-sponsor? Reason being- I am still a student with no income but me and my husband file our income tax jointly so the household income still is above the poverty line.

3) Form- 693 can be sent later, correct? The medical/immunization record?

4) In form i130 - as a student, should I mention my employer name as my current university address and details or just mention unemployed?

5) Wasn't sure if we need to write the Beneficiary's name and details in their native language in Part 4 of form I130 Q57-58? Just hand typed?

Sorry for so many questions. Just wanted to be sure. Really appreciate the responses.

Thanks

hi

are you sending 2 packages? parents are filed separately so you will need an adjustment of status packet for each parent

the G325A nor the i130A isn't needed. the biometrics are fingerprints so the fingerprints will be take

the forms are biological information, work, education, family, nothing to do with biometrics

as the petitioner, you are the primary sponsor, so you will fill out an i1864 for each parent, and your husband will file an i864A as your household member for each parent. if you don't work, you will put unemployed.

this is an old thread, so more people can read it

I ll have to ask you since I posted in a new thread and got no response.

I am almost ready to send out the packages with my parents concurrent files.

Just a doubt I want to clear before I mail it out:

Q1: Should I mention my dad on my mom's(principal immigrant) I864 form and vice versa? I think I should but then it says do not include any relative listed on a separate visa petition.
Q2: While filing for one of the parents should I add the other one as dependent when they are calculating the household size in I864?
Q3: Similarly in I864A in Part 5, we need to mention the number and names of intending immigrants. Should I mention 2 and mention both my parents on same form and make a copy for both applications or just 1 for each in separate forms and put in their respective files?

Thanks and sorry again for so many questions. Really appreciate the guidance.
