Made a mistake with my money order!

I just sent in my petition and of course the one website I referenced didn't put that the USPS money order had to be written to the Department of Homeland Security, so naturally I put USCIS on it.

It is in Dallas and will get there today. What can I do? Can I call them about it? I don't want it to get rejected over that one little thing. The fee is correct at least.

Will they take the money anyway and make me re-do it?

Thanks :)

That's what I'm hoping for, I'll gladly re-do it and send it back. That's what I get for rushing

@Kaysy&Gustav completely understand...you will be fine, but one thing I do recommend you to do specially being from the same country of you beneficiary......make sure you review everything you need to do during the K1, fee, signatures, required docs etc.....I`m a bit ahead on the K1 and believe me, know exactly how it feels during the beginning....being away from him/her, incredible expensive fees etc....

Feel free to ask questions, I will be happy to help. :)

Thank you! I appreciate that so much. :) I'm just hoping to get it all settled so I can have my copies ready to send to him when it's time.
