Photo questions

I am doing I-129F. Do they really need me to write location, date, time on the back of the photos? I can't get the street names. Is that what they want? I can probably guess or find out the date, but time and street names. I can do town and country, the date and the names whos on photos. Is that good enough? Instruction doesn't say anything about it. 

 

Also, do they need to see pics where I am proposing to her? I have a video, but pics, tried to get pics from video, but a pain in the neck. I have a copies of our rings though.

Don't over think the location.

 

Write the date and the location ie: State, city, country. You don't have to specifically list what address you were at when the photo was taken.

 

The only pictures they need at this point is to establish you have met in the last 2 years and that a relationship exists. You do not need to submit photos of proposals, though you could. Videos are absolutely ignored, HOWEVER, I too submitted photo still frames from a video and was fine with it.

Keep it simple if you’re adding photos. We did a few for our packet and just noted where (either in Buenos Aires or somewhere in the Pacific Northwest), the date, if we knew, and who was in the photo. We did add a bit more if it was a special event (for example, when college friends of mine cane to see us, and when my mom came to visit us and my fiancée’s family). 

Time of day and street names? You don’t need all that, so don’t fret.
