If everything goes okay and don't get transfer to NSC , then you should be hearing as soon as Feb 2019 . If you will be transferred then add 4 more months and that would be somewhere between May and Jun

Are the people who never filed for N-400 getting transfers or is it just a roll of the dice type of thing? I filed N-400 and havent heard anyhting.

it's definitely the non-N400 filers, CSC is wrapping up august and I believe I saw one September 2017 case get approved. So they are definitely chugging along :)
