Hi,

Could someone please help answer a couple remaining questions I have for filing the I-130 for my husband's green card.

In Part 2. Information about your parents you have parent 1 and parent 2 information- my mother is deceased so I am not sure if I need to fill in her name at all and in country of residence- do I write N/A or Deceased etc??

in part 9. I need to write additional employment history for both myself and husband as we have had multiple jobs in the past 5 years- I am not sure how to fill out the additional information bit- do you have to have a new paragraph for each item number or can you write the entire employment history in the same paragraph just stating the item number- Any help on this or possible examples of how this is filled out would be very helpful!

Where do I need to write N/A- I saw not writing this was a main reason that many are asked to re-file so I want to make sure I am writing it in the correct places.

Thank you so much- we are filing this week so any immediate help would be much appreciated!!!

Even though she is deceased, she is still/was your other parent.  Fill in her name, birth date, etc. when it comes to country of residence put  "Deceased".

Write it out on a separate piece of paper and attach it to your application, with clear dates of beginning/end for each job.

Where ever the question is not applicable to you.  For example, if you have no middle name, put N/A in the middle name box.   For example, if your total amount of children is 1, fill out the info on the one child and then put N/A in every other box following for other children.

I know I need to write it out but on the back (part 9) there is extra space and you specify the page number part number and item number then there is a paragraph- I am unsure if I can put the entire information-employer address, title, dates etc on the same paragraph or if I need to write it out for each identified item number. It also states to sign and date each sheet but doesn't give anywhere to sign or date so I'm no sure where to do so...

Thanks!

For clarity purposes I would suggest writing it out for each item number, but up to you.

Write the date in yourself and sign next to it---I did mine at the top of the sheet, and also wrote my full name as well.
