Hi Everyone! I'm new here and have found your site very useful even before when I'm processing my fiance visa back in the Philippines.  I married my husband here in Seattle and we're currently in the process of doing the green card thing. I have read from USCIS website that I can file forms i 485 (adj of status), 765 (EAD) and 131 (Advance Parole) altogether in one fee (inc.biometrics). Upon checking on the evidences required on each form, I noticed that they're almost the same. I'm just wondering if it's still needed for me to provide all the docs on each or will it be redundant since I will send them at the same time? For how long will it take for me to wait for EAD/Advance Parole card?

 

Would really appreciate response from you friends.

Yes, you need to prove the supporting documents for each separate petition. 2 passport photos for each, copy of I-94 for each, copy of visa passport page for each, ect. 

 

EAD/AP is currently taking around 3-4 months to be processed.

August 9, 2018: "Card in Production"

August 16, 2018: Green card in hand
