Yes, she spoke today and they said you have to wait for the inquiry and was very rude, so confused.

You could try calling and speaking to a different officer. Some of the workers are nice and some are just downright mean.

She is citizen of USA with passport of 🇺🇸,not gren card,

beneficiary is from Kosovo 🇽🇰. Albanian 🇦🇱

Like @Charlesvb12 mentioned. It is probably past time for her to contact either her local US Congressman's office or Senator's office and see if they can initiate an inquiry on the case. That forces them to pull it and may get it assigned to a different officer or pulled up faster.

Thank you from all of you, tbh I'm very tired and boring from this. The best thing is to bring her in Europe and start our life here.

Not too sure, but I'm guessing the European immigration process is probably a lot of waiting as well?

Have your fiance call and talk to tier 2. They currently list processing March 1st NOA1 date. It means you are now outside normal times. Tier 2 can do a lot more for you.

I tried myself contacting a Tier 2. The USCIS in Tier 1 keeps saying Tier 2 will say the same stuff and prevents you from going to Tier 2. Although I did go to Tier 2 and nothing was provided for me from them even after I ask. I am waiting 10 months for an I-130 on a Spouse CR-1 Visa and I am a US Citizen and still no approval yet even after my processing times date passed.

Hello, I just want to ask, I filled the from I-129F not yet married, on Feb/15/2017, to bring my fiancé, we get engaged and we are waiting for this visa! Why we didn't get approved yet? Can you help me or explain me why! 7 months and going to be 8 and nothing yet, it is normal time to get approved?

explain, all documents they require which are necessary we sent!

I am sorry for your delays, It is disheartening to say the least. I don't know what state your fiance is from, but she can leverage her congressmen or senator to assist with the issue. It is not guaranteed that they can help, but it is worth a shot. The Congressmen or Senator will submit an inquiry on your fiances behalf and usually they will work the file to completion right away or give news as to why it is taking so long. I think in your case 7 months wait should get some results. Good Luck ... your day is coming soon!

Thank you very much dear, I'm feeling good when I see other people trying to help us and advice us, this make me more happy 😊 because in this world sitill have nice and humane people.

My fiancée is from  Jax, Fl.

In that case the two possible contacts are I believe Congressman John Rutherford and Senator Bill Nelson. Generally better off with the most senior person you can get so I might suggest she contact Senator Nelson's office, mostly because Rutherford just took office this year. Nelson's staff will likely have better contacts and more clout.
